Perinatal Movement Classes
our perinatal movement class package is for expecting people and partners. Each series includes 3 classes that will be centered around a specific movement theme and will help you focus your body on maintaining physical and mental strength in preparation for birth.
Class 1: Yoga Inspired
This yoga inspired class has a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.
Class 2: Dance Inspired
Dancing is a great way to stay active during your pregnancy! This dance class will be focused on higher intensity movement and stretching that can improve flexibility, allow for a higher stamina levels, and reduce stress.
Class 3: Birth Preparation
This class focuses on coping with the intensity of labor through both medical and non-medical pain relief measures. We’ll cover positions for labor, techniques and tools you can use to enhance comfort, and the medications available for pain relief during labor.
